“Booked the room online not knowing much about it. The price was right and we were only looking for somewhere to sleep as we spent the days out riding motorcycle and family. Booked here because of the price (cheap) but don't let that scare you. Very clean rooms and nice staff. Also couldn't beat the free breakfast”
“Stayed here for one night a few weekends ago and had to book again for the full weekend this weekend. The staff here is so kind and amazing. Breakfast here is actually pretty good too! We booked a king room both stays. Rooms are clean and the king rooms have an awesome garden tub. Location is great. Hickory is nice and Charlotte is only an hour away. Will continue to book here and hopefully the staff here doesn't change. Only thing I'd like to see change is the stairway has a particular smell to it this stay that I dont think was here last time. It could probably use a nice clean over but luckily we dont have to be in the stairwell for long.”
“My husband and I were in town for medical reasons and went to Sleep Inn for a room. They wanted a $200 security deposit because we were paying with cash..SERIOUSLY? We asked them if we would get it back when we checked out the next morning. They said it would depend on our bank! Like I am going to give them my banking information. You're kidding..right? My husband and I are in our 70s. So..we went literally next door to Quality Suites and got a really nice room for $84 and no security deposit. The people are so nice here and the breakfast is wonderful. We have found a new " go to" when we have to come to NC. Thanks Quality Suites. YOU'RE THE BEST!!”
